How is the chemistry score calculated?
We compare every pair of friends by their aspect on the zodiac wheel, score each duo from 0 to 100 (same-element trines score highest, squares lowest), then average all the pairs and gently curve the result into your group number. More harmonious pairings pull the score up; more tension pulls it down.
Do I need everyone's birthday?
No. Sign-only is all you need. If you don't know someone's sign, tap the birthday button on their row and we'll work out their sun sign from the date, entirely in your browser.
Is this real astrology?
The mechanics are. Aspects, elements, and modalities are core to Western astrology, and the scoring follows the traditional harmony of trines and the tension of squares. The superlatives and roasts are for fun.
How many friends can I add?
Anywhere from 2 to 20. Bigger groups get the same full breakdown, with the pairings trimmed to the most notable ones so it stays readable.
